  • Map out the current state / current activities and tools of the organisation.
  • Design a development projects, decide the goals and timetable.
  • There can be several modes of execution depending on the timetable and the number of participants.
  • We may execute a program which includes doing things together in workshops through gamistic methods. We often use the new BOOST+INNO game, which is a powerful tool for building the innovation process.
  • In addition, we have held innovation camps e.g. at Cambridge university, where the contents of the camp were tailored to fit the needs of the client and lasted 3 to 5 days.
